From School Exclusion Orders to Anti Terror Laws: Human Rights and the Use of Law in the Modern State

This conference offers a rare opportunity to discuss issues relating to law and human rights that cross the usual boundaries - we are all used to discussions in our own interest and specialist areas - this conference will encourage debate, sharing information and seeking inspiration about good strategies for the best use of law to safeguard individual interests and good order in the modern state. It brings together practitioners and academics with a wide experience of topics of immediate and urgent concern today.
