The new issue features a very prominent symposium under the auspices of the Max Planck Institute for International Law in Heidelberg, dedicated to the exploration of the role of courts in the emerging system of global governance. We are proud and grateful for the opportunity to work with the MPI on this project and trust our readers will greatly appreciate the scholarly investigations offered herein.
